Nic works with full soccer clubs and other sports teams in a group setting, with specialized programs designed to help those athletes take their game to the next level. He also offers group race training programs for athletes of all levels, from beginners preparing for their first 5K, to seasoned athletes tackling marathons, to teams priming for a grueling Spartan race.
Our programs are designed to build endurance, strength, and confidence, and are geared specifically to help clients be best prepared for their sport or race type.
